JP Field Services provides back-office services to property preservation companies — including work order processing, accounting support, and dedicated support teams — and develops software products, including Hayvee and Haytask. We also operate a homeowner lead network that connects homeowners with vetted, licensed local contractors.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or submit a form.
If you submit a request through one of our forms and provide consent, you authorize us and our partner contractors to contact you by phone and text message, including automated, AI-generated, or prerecorded messages, as described in our Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
When we connect you with a partner contractor, that contractor is an independent business responsible for its own work, pricing, licensing, insurance, and scheduling. JP Field Services does not perform the contractor's work and does not guarantee the services, estimates, or outcomes provided by any partner contractor. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor.
Use of our software products (such as Hayvee and Haytask) may be subject to separate product terms presented within those products. Where separate terms apply, those terms govern your use of the applicable product.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, submitting false information, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.
The content, branding, and software on our website are owned by or licensed to JP Field Services and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
Our website may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
